  I am going to share my views to our teacher those who were suffered with "APPRENTICE"Ship in the departement of education,specially in Teaching.I am one of you to think over about the problem.After lot of discussions and consciences of the sufferers, and some of other suituations took place in the Pay Revision Committe of 1998 and 2005,every teacher those who were appointed as apprentice from 1994 were eagarly waiting for justice of monitary and service benefit.
